Clippers Knock Off Sarnia 8-5

The Windsor Clippers have run their record to 4-1 to start off the 2010 season with an 8-5 victory over the winless (0-4) Sarnia Pacers. Tyler McDowall led the Clippers offence with 3 goals. Singles were added by Jeff Rivait, Brett Hickey, Alex Seguin, Steve Weingaeden, and Ken Greer. Brendan Stevenson made 38 saves as the Clippers were outshot 43 to 36.

After opening the season with 5 straight games on the road, the Clippers are looking forward to some home cooking. The Clippers will host the London Blue Devils on Saturday night at Forest Glade Arena. Game time is 7:00pm
