  1. Halton Midget won both games 6-5.

  2. My best predictions and I hate Halton Hills (well then again who does not hate HH)

    Orangeville
    Whitby
    Six Nations
    Akwesanse
    Halton
    Peterboro

    • Hey, don’t worry, we hate you too.

    • Perhaps if the parents let the children play without personally insulting the children…CHILDREN…OTHER PEOPLE’S CHILDREN…OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE HEARING YOU…then Halton wouldn’t have this animosity for them. Perhaps if it weren’t in other sports as well as lacrosse where we have to sit and listen to personal attacks hurled at specific children on the floor, ice etc. it wouldn’t inspire such comments from others. The children are very talented, enjoy it. If you are unhappy with the behaviour of someone else’s child, let them and the refs deal with it and keep it to yourself. It amazes me that when you see another child behaving badly at the mall or park or whatever you can keep your cool. If that kid pushes yours at the park you think to yourself ‘wow I hope that child’s parent deals with it’ but they put on a uniform and a helmet and you suddenly feel the need to scream directly at the child that he’s an animal or a dirty sanchez, which I’m not even sure the meaning of. Then you get mad when that child’s parents get defensive. You should look up the video ‘the magic helmet’ on youtube; watch it; and think.

      • In all fairness, I watched the St Kitts v. Halton Bantam game, and I found that BOTH sides should have grown up, but especially Halton’s side. When a game has a score like that, I can understand the kids were getting frustrated on the losing side, but that does not mean that you must take out that anger on the other team. St. Kitts had 5 guys in the penalty box at one time. That just seems excessive to me.

As for the parents, let your kids play the game. It’s just stupid to get so caught up in a child’s sport. Let them live their lives, and just enjoy the fact you can watch your child compete at such a high level.

  3. I should learn to use spell check.

  4. I fixed it for you Kelconn. I understood what you meant :).

  5. Marksy,
Unfortunately you have the Bantam Clarington & St.Kitts score backwards. St.Kitts prevailed 13-3 over Clarington.

  6. Thanks Peter.

  7. St. Catharines Bantams,

You guys played great in that last game. Overcame amazing adversity faced in some of the games before that and just seemed to have fun and play YOUR game. Well done, all of your parents could not be more proud

  8. WD beat HH…lacrosse is lacrosse..just let the boys play
