2008 Lacrosse – Inside The Game Fall Fun Day

• Saturday October 18 / 2007
• 9:00 am - ????
• Peel Street Park in Whitby
• Open to participnts of the 2008 LITG Summer and Fall Leagues
• Players can only play for one team (fill-ins must be approved; injury, etc)
• No penalties - Penalty Shots only
• Masters Rules with absolutely NO Contact
• 2 - 10 minute periods per game
• Barbecue and Raffle Table so bring the family
• We are looking for volunteers to help out with the day (please let me know if you can help a.s.a.p.)
• Sponsorships / donations are gladly being accepted to help with the day
• Many, many more details and rules to come as we move closer to the date

Important Note:

“ALL” proceeds from this day will go toward LITG, where the money will be used for the site and for “kids” (contest prizes, shirts and giveaways, partial / full sponsorships to play lacrosse, and any other ideas that we come up with).

To see what we’ve done to date you can check out this site and see such things as “Minor Star of the Week”, and “Help Us Help Kids”. This is just the beginning of what we want to do but we need your help doing it.

So plan to come out, have some fun on a Saturday, get a little (lacrosse) exercise and more importantly “help make a difference in a young boy or girls lacrosse life!”
