Matt you bring up a great point. It is just so good the see all these guys fight back. I've said it many times, lacrosse people (not just the players), are the greatest ever.

So when we are able to see any one of them tackle a personal type of battle and win, it makes loose balls, goals / assists, and wins / losses seem pretty irrelevant.

great article Marksy! Thanks for this!

Why is it lacrosse players are the nicest guys but they always end up with the most devastating injuries? (Moss now, Casey Zaph's brain injury, John Grant's leg injury, Kim Squire's flesh eating disease ...)

yet they all fought back!

Hey Jimmie:

I met your parents at the Minto Cup a few weeks ago and was asking them how you were doing, not knowing what you were fighting. Mary and I were shocked when Ron told us about your situation. I told Stew, not knowing a lot about it, and we just want you to know that we are all pulling for you and knowing the fight that you have in you and all of the support that you are getting, both medical and more importantly the loving support of all of your family members, you will be back. Take care, fight hard and talk to you again down the road.
