Well it has been a while coming, but after all of the camps and tryouts, and after having the ability to see some of the kids in action at various tournaments, it is now official. The 2009 Team Ontario Rosters have been released. Listed below you can find links to all of the Rosters for this seasons Peewee, Bantam and Midget boys teams, and the new 2009 Bantam Girls team.
As much as it was a little delayed, I think it was a great idea to have the Coaches have the chance to see some of the kids in game play. I saw Coaches at various tournaments prior to the selections being made, which I am sure gave them the chance to see more than what they could in just a couple of tryouts. Good call.
As always, I am sure there were many broken hearts, and I am sure the Coaches and selection committees struggled in making the choices for only one team. I want to offer all of the young boys and girls selected for our teams my congratulations. As well, remember all of the hard work you put in to get there, and the chance you have been given. You’ve earned it.
