After the game 7 victory last night at the Powerarde Center, the Brampton Excelsiors will now host the New Westminster Salmonbellies for the right to hoist the 2008 Mann Cup. I have been asked to provide coverage for the 2008 Mann Cup after having some discussions with MSL Commisioner Jim Brady. Jim had some very kind words to say about L.I.T.G.’s coverage of lacrosse and expressed his interest in LITG helping out at the event.
Jim asked me to provide news, stories, pictures, and game recaps starting with game one. So look for L.I.T.G. at all the games, and look for our coverage. At this point I am also thinking that I will provide live game updates as well.
Game One of the series between the New Westminster Salmonbellies and the Brampton Excelsiors takes place on Friday September 5 / 2008 at the Powerade Center in Brampton.
