It’s the most wonderful time of the year. It is time for the kids to get back to playing our country’s “real” National Sport. This weekend in Eastern Ontario anyway, the minors will be heading out onto the fields for Week 1 of the short five week field lacrosse season. Unfortunately, due to field cancellations, the Western group will not begin until next weekend. To catch up they are slated to play both Saturday and Sunday in week three.
Please do not forget that with the start of the season we will also be starting our “Minor Star Of The Week” program. One player or goalie per week will be selected and their information put up on our site . In addition each player will receive a small prize for their accomplishments.
