The city of brotherly love was not too brotherly Saturday night to the Toronto Rock. The Wings of Philadelphia clipped Toronto 10-9 to drop the Rock to 0-3 on the 2007 season and in sole possession of last place in the league.
Both teams scored 3 times while a man up, with Toronto getting 5 opportunities while Philadelphia had 11. It was a back and forth night with the lead changing several times throughout the game. But Canada’s MVP at last summers World Field games, Geoff Snider scored the final two goals of the contest for the Wings and it was lights out for another night.
The Rock played much better tonight than last week, but at 0-3, effort isn’t cutting it, they need to get a win real soon.
