I decided to include this amongst all of the blogs I have created on lacrosse as I coach in the non-contact Womens League here in Whitby.
I am hoping that some of the ladies on this league will come here, check it out, and post their thoughts, complaints, and all the other wonderful things that they all love to say about anything and everything.

Why would you have non contact lacrosse?
Because for many people over a certain age, they need to be able to get up in the morning and go to work. For some, that in itself is a chore given the ages of our bodies, and the lack of physical fitness required to play the game at an elite level.
Trust me, you are likely not there now, but some day you will be.
In a nutshell “Masters Lacrosse” is a version of the game with specific rules, to allow many to enjoy the game without the fear of getting hurt.
